Ordering and Payment: is accessible 24/7, allowing you to shop conveniently at any time. Simply select your desired items and add them to your “shopping cart”. At checkout, review all details, including item prices, quantities, and shipping fees. Orders can only be placed for items in stock. Shipping fees and discounts are calculated and displayed before payment.

Once an order is placed and an order confirmation is received, cancellations are not possible, especially during peak periods. However, we always strive to assist you. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Delivery Options:

We utilize Postnord for shipping, offering delivery to your local post office or directly to your specified address. Standard delivery to the post office takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Home delivery via Postnord typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery is expected within 1–3 business days from the time of order placement before 12:00 PM on the same day.

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing an order with Rescuelife247, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A binding purchase agreement with Rescuelife247 is established upon receipt of the order confirmation. As a member of the Rescuelife247 customer club, you can access your order confirmations/receipts under “my pages”.


All prices on include 25% VAT and are listed in Swedish Krona. Prices are applicable within Sweden’s borders. Any shipping fees are clearly stated before completing a purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct delivery errors, handle sold-out items, rectify typographical errors, etc., due to human and technical errors, currency fluctuations, and tax changes.


Our campaign prices are valid for a limited time. Regular purchase and delivery terms apply to purchases made during Black Friday. Due to high volumes during campaigns, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Any returns must be initiated post-delivery.

Discount Codes:

Discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions and are valid for limited periods. They may be restricted to certain products, categories, or brands and cannot be combined with existing discounts.

All discount codes must be applied during checkout before payment. Once an order is placed, forgotten discount codes cannot be retroactively applied.

Unclaimed Packages:

Unclaimed packages remain at the post office for 7 days before being returned to the sender. A shipping fee (99 SEK) may be charged for uncollected packages, covering return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, or delivery issues from suppliers. We also disclaim responsibility for indirect damages arising from product use or changes made by suppliers beyond our control.

Open Purchase:

Certain products offer a 14-day open purchase period, excluding custom-made items like lifebuoys with text and logos.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal:

To return an item purchased from, register your case on The consumer bears the cost of return shipping and must ensure proper packaging. The consumer is responsible for the package/items until received by Rescuelife247.

For items purchased from Rescuelife247, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt. The right of withdrawal applies if items are returned in original packaging and condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from registering the return.

If you receive an incorrect item, return it promptly to receive the correct item. Incorrect items must be returned unused and undamaged, and the correct item will be sent once the return is processed.

Refund of Money:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, a full refund is issued within 14 days via the original payment method.


Consumers risk missing a full refund if the item’s value is affected due to damage or alteration. Please refer to the Returns and Right of Withdrawal section above for details.


Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act, and as a consumer, you have a 3-year warranty period. If you want to file a complaint about an item purchased at Resquelife247, we refer you to our contact page for complaints: Register your order number and provide a brief description of the damage. We will respond as soon as possible with a proposed solution or a shipping label for the return. We will send a return number and a return label to quickly handle your case when the items have arrived with us.

If you want to initiate a case, Rescuelife247 must be informed within a reasonable time after the defect on the item is discovered. We recommend that you file a complaint about the item as soon as possible, no later than 2 months after the fault is discovered.

If the complaint is justified, Rescuelife247 will, of course, refund the shipping costs incurred by sending the item to us. If not, you as a consumer must pay all transportation costs, including our shipping costs for the return of the item after inspection. Remember that the item must always be sent in the correct packaging along with the delivery receipt. The consumer is responsible for the package/items until it reaches Rescuelife247. Therefore, always save the delivery receipt with information about the tracking number.

This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded, or a reduced price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement from Rescuelife247 that the complaint is justified and that the fault/damage to the item is not due to mishandling, normal wear and tear, modifications, and misuse by the consumer. Additionally, we consider the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act regarding complaints.
