During the summer, the city of Borås was certified as a Water-Safe Municipality by the Swedish Lifesaving Society. This is the result of collaborative efforts between the municipality’s various departments to jointly prevent and reduce the risk of accidents at the city’s lakes and waterways. As part of this work, we installed new rescue hooks and lifeguard stations at several of the municipality’s bathing areas on Wednesday.
