On behalf of Örebro Municipality, we have continued the replacement of the old and worn lifeguard stations along the pedestrian and bicycle paths along the Svartån river this week. Here, many people move around at all times of the day, and the lifeguard equipment plays a very important preventive role. It is a privilege for Örebro to have a waterway passing through the central parts of the city, with the opportunities for socializing and recreation that this creates. It is commendable that Örebro Municipality ensures the availability of lifeguard equipment for the public in case of emergencies.
